Hello Sailor is a monthly event held at Carlton Hotel on Bourke St in the City.
Vendors can sell whatever vintage goods they wish with prices ranging from $5-100+. Entry is free and the bar is open for whatever drinks you might want to accompany the shopping/thrifting.
