I'm very sure the lovely girls on Etsy had some of these going BEFORE t&co decided to turn it into a money making venture.
I know the concept is easy and not necessarily trademarked to anyone but people who don't shop at etsy will think that the original (first one released) is from t&co and not handmade from several lovely ladies from the states who have a similar business (stamping initials/words/phrases onto metal as jewerly/souvenirs)
